The gym is fully licensed and is Registered with the BRITISH AMATEUR KICKBOXING ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP IS FREE ! Documented syllabus PERFECT FOR SELF-DEFENCE

The gym is equipped with punchbags light and heavy Strike shields and focus pads etc., The pace is optional and to one's own ability and fitness. Suitable for all age groups male and female.
